Responsibilities:
- Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs.
- Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.
- Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
