We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored.
- Conduct thorough carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage custodial duties by restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies.
- Occasionally assist in cooking or preparing light meals as needed for staff or guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, especially within hotel environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
