Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
