- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks with attention to detail, catering to the specific needs of clients.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required.
- Provide custodial services in various settings, ensuring all spaces are tidy and organized.
- Carry out carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Respond promptly to client requests and maintain high levels of customer service throughout all interactions.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
