Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, providing guests with necessary information about their stay.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle phone calls using professional phone etiquette, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Uphold the standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist in managing guest feedback through surveys or direct communication to continuously improve services.
- Assist with other duties as requested by management
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
