Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software such as OPERA.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and concierge services to enhance their stay experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas by performing housekeeping duties according to established standards.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room turnover and overall property cleanliness.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards, fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA is a plus; familiarity with hotel emergency procedures is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Experience in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
