LPN or RN – Private Duty Caregiver
Location: Ephrata, PA
Schedule:
- Mondays: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 5-hour shift
- Consistent, ongoing schedule
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one care for a client in Ephrata.
The ideal candidate is patient, responsible, and comfortable providing care in a home and community setting. This position will require accompanying the client to school, so the ability to provide attentive care while supporting the client in a school environment is important.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, one-on-one nursing care
- Accompany and support the client at school
- Monitor the client's needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Follow the client's individualized plan of care
- Communicate effectively with the family and care team
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Promote the client's safety, comfort, and independence
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Comfortable accompanying a client in a school setting
- Prior pediatric, private-duty, or one-on-one nursing experience is a plus

Pay: $35.00 per hour
