- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
- Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
- Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
- Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic
- Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
- Remain calm under stress while maintaining a “can-do” attitude
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
- Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
- Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
