We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to greet visitors and guests, direct them appropriately, manage incoming calls, and maintain clerical responsibilities. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff and plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Dependable, reliable, and a team player

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Welcome visitors and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls appropriately and efficiently
  • Distribute mail and manage incoming correspondence
  • Provide clerical support as assigned to support facility operations
