Job Responsibilities:
- Scrum board ownership in partnership with Scrum Master and Product Owner.
- Creating cards when needed.
- Ensuring cards are followed through to completion.
- Representing the team and their work in cross-team ceremonies.
- Vetting work items to ensure robust business Acceptance Criteria.
- Vetting work items to ensure robust technical Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensuring adherence to Definition of Done; maturing this definition as well.
- Partnering with up and downstream teams to ensure all required needs are met, robust test plans are in place, and no assumptions are left unvetted.
- Tight partnership with UX / UI team to ensure user-centric design.
- Tight partnership with Domain Architect to support technical roadmap.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a role that supports the responsibilities listed.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to bring clarity out of confusion.
- Self-starting and eager / curious about how to make the team as strong as they can be.
- Highly analytical with ability to dig in on cards and topics; expected to “get hands dirty” and help with testing and validation.
- Highly preferable: ability to pull data from various sources to self-serve analysis needs (skilled in SQL, comfortable parsing JSON, etc.).
