Responsibilities

As a Relief Package Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the package area is organized.
• Registering and tracking all deliveries.
• Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
• Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
• Operating the service elevator.
• Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Property.
• Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Providing 5-star customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Package Room Attendant at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems and computers is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a full-time/relief position and may require working overnight and/or weekend shifts. Must be able to work 12:00 p.m. - 8 p.m.
