Responsibilities :
As a porter, you will be responsible for :
- Cleaning common areas.
- Taking out trash and recycling.
- Inspecting furniture, dcor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
- Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager's attention.
- Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
- Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
- Working the service elevator.
- Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work one of the following shifts :
2 : 45 PM - 11 : 30 PM
10 : 45 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Pay & Benefits :
