Responsibilities

As a porter, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention.
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)

Then You May Be a Great Fit For This Position! Prior Experience As a Porter In a Luxury Hotel Or Residential Environment Is a Plus. Schedule Is As Follows

Thursday – Monday; 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Tuesday & Wednesday: OFF
