What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strength And Conditioning Coach position at EXRT Performance?
Responsibilities:
- Coaching the athlete (Private, Semi-Private 2 , team)
- Conduct assessments and communicate results
- Provide proper programming based on assessments
- Motivate and inspire clients/athletes to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to programming
Qualifications:
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA or equivalent)
- Experience working with a diverse clientele, including youth & professional athletes, and individuals with varying fitness levels
- Strong knowledge of various exercise modalities and programming
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate clients' physical limitations or injuries
- Ability to periodize in-season and off-season programming
