• Assistant Coordinators

Starting: $35/hour (Colorado / Oregon / New York Rate) $25/hour (Arkansas Rate) tips if provided by the client.

We have (2) Upcoming events that we still need to staff for 2026 on 9/29/26 & 10/10/26.

Event Staff Requirements & Expectations

We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven professionals to join our luxury wedding and event team. All team members are expected to provide an elevated guest experience while maintaining exceptional professionalism, presentation, and service standards.

Previous experience in weddings, hospitality, catering, bartending, fine dining, or luxury events preferred

Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Reliable transportation required (most locations uber is not available)

Clean, polished, luxury-level appearance at all times

You will need to sign an NDA and be comfortable with working with celebrities.

Position Expectations

Assistant Wedding Coordinators: Assist with timelines, vendor management, setup, guest assistance, and overall event execution
