Logistics & Office Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Location: 3540 Toringdon Way, Suite 200 Charlotte, NC 28277 (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience, with opportunities for growth as responsibilities increase)
Position Type: Full-Time (Modified Schedule)
About the Role
Expressway Transportation is a growing logistics and warehouse operation focused on reliable execution, strong communication, and long-term customer relationships.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics & Office Coordinator to support daily operations and grow into the role over time. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is organized, consistent, and interested in building a long-term position within a stable and supportive team environment.
This role supports day-to-day operations where priorities can shift, so staying organized and responsive is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and office operations
- Track inbound and outbound shipments using spreadsheets and email
- Schedule and confirm carrier appointments
- Communicate shipment updates with customers and vendors
- Maintain organized records (BOLs, delivery notes, confirmations)
- Follow up on late shipments, scheduling changes, and general updates
- Stay on top of active shipments and follow through to completion, ensuring updates are timely and accurate
- Comfortable communicating by phone and email to coordinate schedules and resolve day-to-day issues
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks

Additional Notes
This is an in-office role (no remote at this time).
Training is hands-on and designed to build confidence over time as you learn the role.
We include a 120-day introductory period to allow time for training, learning our systems, and confirming a strong long-term fit for both you and the team. During this time, we provide ongoing guidance and support as you become comfortable in the role.
