Car Wash Specialist/Detail - Full Time
Title: Automotive Detailer / Car Wash Specialist Expressway Auto Mall of Mt. Vernon, IN, US
Expressway Automotive in Mount Vernon, Indiana is currently seeking an energetic full-time employee who understand the meaning of speed, efficiency, and customer service to join our team of automotive detailing and reconditioning. We offer a competitive starting wage, health benefits, 401K, onsite clinic, different shifts, and we have lots of opportunities for advancement. You must be self-disciplined and work well in a fast-paced team environment. This is a hands-on physical position that requires manual labor in wiping off and vacuuming out vehicles. You will be constantly bending, moving, and changing positions while working on customer vehicles.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid state driver’s license with good driving record
- Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality
- Availability to work weekends (closed on Sundays) and holidays
- Pass criminal background check and drug test
