Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Demand Planner. This is a direct-hire opportunity with our partnered client located in Kenosha, WI. This role offers long-term stability and the chance to join a strong, growing team.The Demand Planner partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and manage demand forecasts for finished goods and materials. This role supports production scheduling, inventory management, product lifecycle planning, and seasonal demand strategies while contributing to continuous improvement and strong customer service.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, maintain, and communicate the 12-week demand forecast• Manage forecasting tools and update forecasts in SAP• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align forecast changes• Coordinate product lifecycle activities (launches, promotions, discontinuations)• Work with Procurement to monitor material availability• Provide reporting and KPIs related to forecast accuracy and inventory risk• Support S&OP meetings and cross-functional communication• Participate in supply chain improvement projectsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field• 3 years in Demand Planning or Supply Chain (manufacturing preferred)• Strong analytical and Excel skills• Experience with SAP and/or forecasting software preferred• Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skillsYou should be proficient in:Industrial and Manufacturing EngineeringSupplier ManagementStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Lean Manufacturing PrinciplesBudgeting / Forecasting ExperienceID:qnkTyx
