Responsibilities

• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform precision measurements.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Utilize advanced inspection and gauge measurement techniques to assess product quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications and requirements.
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support production and quality assurance.
• Calibrate and maintain measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers, for accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control and precision measurement.
• Strong knowledge of hand metrology and advanced inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with manual machining skills and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience operating and programming CMMs.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
