Your Mission- Prepare and run CNC machines for scheduled production, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Own troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep uptime high.
- Read and apply technical drawings/specifications; leverage CNC programming skills to hit print requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and quality.
- Execute complete setups: tool changes, offsets, and fine adjustments for diverse parts.
- Use manual machining when required to support throughput and quality.
- Apply shop math to verify dimensions and perform calculations.
- Work with the team to improve processes and quickly resolve production challenges.
- Experience as a CNC Machine Operator or equivalent machining background.
- Strong CNC-focused troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of CNC tooling and programming.
- Blueprint and technical drawing literacy.
- Understanding of SOPs in a manufacturing environment.
- Manual machining capability is a plus.
- Proficiency with shop math for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Detail orientation, quality commitment, and effective teamwork/communication.
