Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize and schedule repairs and improvements.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
