Overview As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our production team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that production goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Lead, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize workflow.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resources.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.Address and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.
