Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at our facility located in Fond Du Lac, WI. As a Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Pay - $100K-$125K

Shift - 6A-4P - Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.
• Prepare and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with production lines; PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, process controls
