Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the facility is operating at peak performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training new maintenance staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
