Responsibilities- Operate and maintain HP digital presses to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Monitor print runs for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the printing process.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Previous experience operating digital printing equipment, preferably HP models.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with print production software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet production demands.
