Cycle Counter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cycle Counter to join our team in Berlin, WI. As a Cycle Counter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain organized storage and inventory systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels and cycle count results.
• Support the training of new team members on inventory processes and procedures.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
