The Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized, marketing-savvy, people-loving Experience and Engagement Coordinator to join our dream team. This isn’t your average front desk job, it’s a chance to grow with one of the region’s most buzzed-about new luxury salon collectives.
This position includes responsibilities such as:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, creating unforgettable first impressions
- Coordinating appointment flow and supporting stylists behind the scenes
- Helping marketing and networking tasks
- Managing light administrative duties (inventory checks, scheduling, etc.)
- Maintaining a serene, clean, high-end environment

Important Details to Know: Our second-floor studio is accessible only by stairs, as elevator access is not available. This position requires regularly navigating stairs throughout the workday, as well as occasional lifting and movement of salon supplies, inventory, and operational materials as part of daily responsibilities.
