We are seeking a neuroaffirming, playful, and nurturing pediatric Occupational Therapist for a part-time, after-school position. Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative, and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
Experience with play-based approaches, sensory processing, emotional regulation, praxis, or DIR/Floortime is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support your growth!

- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized and criterion-based tools
- Develop meaningful, family-centered treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 therapy using evidence-based, play-focused approaches
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other clinicians
- Co-treat with speech-language pathologists
- Lead or support dyads, groups, and therapy camps
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Maryland OT licensure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills
- Experience working with pediatric clients
Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)
Pay: $65–$75/hour
Schedule:
