About the Role

We are seeking a neuroaffirming pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who values child-led, strengths-based intervention and enjoys working within a holistic, transdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is playful, nurturing, flexible, and committed to building strong relationships with children and families.


Experience with play-based approaches such as DIR/Floortime and an understanding of sensory processing are preferred, but we welcome passionate clinicians who are eager to learn and grow.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations using standardized and criterion-referenced assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one speech, language, and feeding therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
  • Participate in co-treatment sessions with occupational therapists.
  • Lead speech and language groups, dyads, and seasonal camps as needed.
  • Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Maryland licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Experience working with pediatric clients preferred.
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.


Schedule

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Clinicians may choose between:

  • Four 10-hour days per week, or
  • Five 8-hour days per week


Flexible scheduling is available based on client and clinic needs.
