Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match customers with vehicles that meet their preferences and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, utilizing public speaking skills to educate and excite buyers
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service plans, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales management efforts
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with dealership operations, inventory management, and automotive financing processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B sales approaches
- Knowledge of CRM software systems used in automotive sales environments
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing high-end sales deals
- Public speaking experience that helps engage customers confidently during vehicle demonstrations
