Express TCG is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Summer Store Associates to join our team at our new Harlem location. This is a great opportunity for students, hobbyists, and anyone passionate about trading card games and community-building to gain retail experience in a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain product displays
- Help set up and support tournaments, leagues, and special events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Learn about our products and help customers find what they need
- Enjoys organizing bulk
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Interest in trading card games, collectibles, or tabletop gaming is a plus
- Retail experience is helpful but not required
