Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Sales Experience
- Outgoing, energetic, customer oriented.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift to 75lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Renting and reserving Storage rooms
- Renting U-Haul equipment (including driving trucks and hooking up tow trailers)
- Collecting rent/Collection calls
- Selling boxes and packing supplies
- Daily Cash accounting/ Deposits
- Resolving customer service issues
- Monitor and maintain the storage facility
- Minor facilities maintenance/ facility cleaning
- Organizing and filing paperwork
- Create Staff Schedules
- Maintain all inventory and prepare orders for inventory and office supplies
- Do multiple “walk-around” facility checks throughout the day
- Prepare revenue reports from our software and set revenue goals for each month, quarter, etc.
- While performing duties you will occasionally be required to work in inclement weather and walk some distance throughout the day.
- Employee performance management
**Must be willing to consent to pre-employment substance use screening, as well as a criminal, and driving background check**
Pay: $22-$25 HR, DOE
