Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
- Operate phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Exel, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and executives
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or email
- Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous experience with data entry, filing systems, and record keeping
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members
