- Accountable for second‑shift pharmacy performance, safety, quality, and compliance
- Owns daily production results, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of operational metrics
- Holds self and team members accountable for meeting performance expectations and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Execute performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and corrective action
- Support onboarding, ongoing training, and development to build capability, engagement, and bench strength

- Ensure pharmacy operations support safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing
- Make operational decisions with patient safety and service quality as top priorities

- Lead effectively in a fast‑paced, highly automated, production‑driven environment
- Respond quickly to changing priorities, workload fluctuations, and operational challenges

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active and in good standing Indiana Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure within six (6) months of hire
- Prior experience leading, supervising, or influencing teams
- Experience in a fulfillment center a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work second shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday
