- Shrink wrap pallets for storage and shipment
- Apply labels to cartons and pallets
- Assist with inventory organization
- Load and unload products as needed
- Support warehouse staff with general labor tasks
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move products safely
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

We're growing and looking for experienced Container Offloaders (Lumpers) who know how to unload ocean containers efficiently, maintain SKU accuracy, and build pallets correctly.
If you're dependable, work fast, and understand the importance of inventory accuracy, we have consistent work available.
This is NOT a general labor position.
Applicants must have previous experience unloading containers and handling multiple SKUs.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Safely unloading ocean containers
- Separating products by SKU and PO number
- Building pallets accurately by SKU
- Ensuring zero SKU mixing errors
- Properly stacking and palletizing products
- Shrink wrapping and labeling completed pallets
- Staging pallets in designated warehouse locations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
⚠️ Please do not apply if you do not have prior container unloading experience.
- Previous experience as a Container Offloader / Lumper
- Understanding of SKU separation and PO accuracy
- Ability to build pallets correctly without supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of unloading containers safely and efficiently
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Compensation
- $120 per container (flat rate)
- If two people unload a container, compensation will be split accordingly
- Additional containers available based on workload and performance
- Top performers may receive additional work opportunities
Work Locations
Multiple warehouse locations throughout the Riverside, CA area.
