About Us
Express One Logistics is an exclusive service partner of DHL Express and is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Couriers to join our Sterling, VA Hub.
If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing outstanding customer service while being part of a world-class logistics network, we want to hear from you.
Currently, we are seeking couriers with extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia area, including Prince William, Loudoun, Fairfax, King George, and Falls Church.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Sterling, VA
Pay
- $20.00 per hour Monday through Friday
- $30.00 per hour on Sundays
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Every Other Sunday Required
- Four 10-Hour Workdays
- Average 45–50 Hours Per Week
What You'll Do
- Deliver packages throughout the Northern Virginia service area
- Complete up to 80 delivery stops per day
- Operate a company cargo van or small cube truck
- Utilize scanner technology to track deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Maintain delivery accuracy and professionalism while representing DHL Express
Minimum Qualifications
✔ Must be at least 25 years of age
✔ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
✔ Valid and current driver's license required
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Ability to pass a background check covering the previous 7 years
(A criminal conviction is not automatically disqualifying.)
✔ Previous courier or delivery experience preferred
✔ Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds
✔ Ability to operate a company cargo van or small cube truck
✔ Reliable transportation to and from the facility
✔ Must comply with company appearance standards and wear the company-provided uniform while on duty
✔ Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend and twist at the waist and knees
✔ Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and fellow team members
✔ Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
✔ Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
✔ Ability to safely and efficiently complete up to 80 delivery stops per day
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year
