Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in sales by recommending additional services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center is preferred.
- Background in automotive repair, including mechanic experience and automotive diagnostics is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
