We’re expanding our team and looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in direct sales to new customers.
Position: Sales Representative
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding Sales
Location: NY/NJ
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for ocean freight, pre-carriage, and on-carriage services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of international logistics, shipping lines, and market trends.
- Own book of business or existing client network is highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
