We are seeking a solution-oriented Client Services Representative to manage the complete customer lifecycle with extreme precision.
The Mission
Our manufacturing processes are a unique hybrid of printing, metal fabrication, machining, and digital processing. In this role, you will act as a technical consultant, translating complex customer needs into engineered realities. This position requires a professional who thrives on "getting it right the first time" and understands that in our industry, there is no margin for error.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Own the entire customer journey, from initial consultation and technical discovery through to quotation, order entry, and post-delivery support.
- Technical Consultation: Partner with clients to understand environmental challenges and regulatory needs, providing expert guidance on material selection and manufacturing feasibility.
- Drawing & Specification Review: Interpret engineered drawings and technical data packages to ensure that quotations and orders align perfectly with client requirements.
- Precision Quotation & Entry: Prepare accurate project quotes and execute order entry with extreme attention to detail, ensuring all quality and serialization requirements are captured.
- Quality & Compliance Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of customer-specific quality standards and ensure these requirements are communicated clearly to the production floor.
- Solution-Oriented Conflict Resolution: Lead the resolution of any customer satisfaction incidents with a focus on root-cause identification and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting, technical environment, or aerospace & defense industry.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: A proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes data with 100% accuracy.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: The ability to look at a technical challenge and consultatively guide the customer toward the best engineering outcome.
- Communication: Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging with engineers, project managers, and procurement leads.
