Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our behavioral health team in Tulsa, OK. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available, ideal for professionals looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation
• Support a safe, therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond to behavioral or medical emergencies as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current TB
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts
