Pay & Perks
- Starting at $14.63/hour
- Weekly production bonuses up to $400
- Full-time, steady work
- Unique schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour shifts = more days off to enjoy!)
What You’ll Do
- Perform physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials (up to 60 lbs regularly)
- Operate tools and equipment like grinders, hammers, and forklifts
- Stay active throughout your shift—no sitting at a desk all day
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Work Environment
- Indoor & outdoor work in all seasons
- Active, high-energy setting where safety comes first
- Company-provided safety expectations and PPE guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work 12-hour day, night, or swing shifts
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must pass drug screen & background check
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
