Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the service counter and provide product information and support
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- Answer incoming calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing materials
- Load/unload trucks and help prepare orders for pickup or delivery
- Operate within the warehouse to support daily operations
- Occasionally drive materials locally (if applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or service desk experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and systems (Excel experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, twisting)
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
