A leading supplier in the construction materials industry is seeking motivated Truss Builder to join their growing production team. This company provides high-quality building components and prides itself on safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Position Overview

As a Truss Builder, you'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment assembling roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction. Experience is helpful, but not required training is provided for reliable, safety-conscious candidates with a strong work ethic with a background in Construction.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure, cut, and position lumber accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic tool knowledge (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
