Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Repair and install appliances as needed
- Complete unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, and punch work
- Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
- Diagnose issues and resolve them with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience required; multifamily or student housing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- On-call availability is a plus
