Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues for HVAC units as well as start ups
- Go into dwellings, sometimes occupied sometimes not and servicing HVAC units
- Occasionally preventative maintenance
Requirements include:
- 2-4 years experience as a service technician for HVAC
- Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting: reading a wiring diagram
- Pulling/running wire
- Basic understanding of how electrical circuits work
- Refrigerant knowledge: how to recover & properly charge unit by weight
- Use of multi meter
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb anywhere from 5-6 flights of stairs
- Lift up to 50-100 lbs
