This is an evaluation hire opportunity in Pomeroy!
Harvest Laborer highlights:
- Load trucks and assist with loading bulk shipments.
- Support operations by hanging super sacks and stacking products.
- Assist with loading processes and general material handling.
- Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
- Provide support with basic maintenance and repair tasks.
- Follow instructions and complete other duties as assigned by teams leads.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
What we look for in Harvest Laborer:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to work in a physically active role with a positive attitude.
- Prior labor or production experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic time management skills and strong attention to details.
