Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production of plastic components and products
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools (training provided)
- Trim, sand, polish, or finish plastic materials as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Package and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Voluntary once training is complete
- Pay: Starting at $600/ week
- Growth Opportunity: Earn an increase of $0.50-$1.00 upon transition to permanent payroll, based on line proficiency and product knowledge
