Located in Shelton, WASalary: $28.91-$53.94About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll help plan and execute special events, support fundraising efforts, and assist with volunteer, public relations, and marketing activities. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while helping our organization grow and thrive.Key Responsibilities:Support events by coordinating logistics, volunteer meetings, and event materials.Assist with donation solicitation, data entry, and financial reconciliation.Maintain guest lists, prepare registration materials, and support fundraising events.Handle administrative tasks including meeting notes, database updates, and budget tracking.Prepare and distribute media materials, donor proposals, and event marketing collateral.Generate monthly event and fundraising reports.Maintain supply inventory and place orders as needed.Help answer questions from donors and staff as appropriate.Support events with setup, takedown, and coordination.Take on other duties that help our team succeed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.2 years of administrative experience, ideally in fundraising or nonprofit settings; experience with large-scale events is a plus.Familiarity with fundraising databases preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Professional, friendly, and able to build positive relationships across departments.Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.Ways to Apply: (choose one)Resumes may be emailed to jobs.aberdeenwa@expresspros.comCall/Text (360)485-5201Visit our office 601 W.
