Salary: $22/hr.

Join our manufacturing team as a key liaison between our customers and our production floor. We are looking for a technical pro who can translate architectural plans into successful orders while providing top-tier service to contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural plans specifications and hardware schedules accurately
• Provide prompt expert support to customers and contractors on technical inquiries
• Review price and route orders following established manufacturing protocols
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain precise documentation and workflow tracking within our system
• Leverage deep product knowledge to solve complex client needs

Requirements

• 3 years of technical customer service experience preferably in building materials
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes
• Proficiency in Excel Word and ERP systems
• Strong math skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma required though a Bachelor's degree is a plus
