Assembly Line Workers 3rd Shift

We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find Assembly Line Workers for 3rd Shift. In this role you will assemble corrugated retail displays, stock them with promotional items, and prepare completed units for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay and Hours

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Hours/Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:45pm to 6:15am
• This job is for 3-4 months, and our client will consider retaining great workers.

What will you do as a Corrugated Display Assembler?

• Assemble corrugated POP (Point-of-Purchase) displays using diagrams, instruction sheets, and sample builds
• Ensure all display components—bases, shelves, tabs, headers, signage, inserts—are constructed correctly
• Stock displays with promotional items to client specifications (counting, sorting, arranging)
• Verify product placement, item counts, and overall display presentation
• Wrap completed displays using shrink wrap or pallet wrap for stability during shipping
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe assembly area
• Follow production quotas, priorities, and supervisor instructions
• Follow all safety guidelines when using tools such as box cutters, tape guns, and pallet jacks

What qualifications will you have as a Corrugated Display Assembler?

• Ability to read and follow visual assembly guides and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and display presentation
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Comfort using basic tools (box cutters, tape guns, etc.)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–30 lbs
• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a production environment
• Prior experience in display assembly, kitting, co-packing, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
