AP/AR Specialist

We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist.

In this role you will support both the AP and AR for a building project management company. This position requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage both payables and receivables responsibilities.

What will you do as an AP / AR Specialist?

• Process miscellaneous AP tasks such as vendor inquiries, payment requests, and reconciliations
• Support AP workflows and assist with issue resolution
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end closing tasks for AP and AR
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors/customers as needed

What qualifications will you have as an AP/AR Specialist?

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred
• Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
